I would love to do either of those things only things is cant go to a park because her birthday is in July and the weather is really unbearable where we live to be outside and can't have a party at home because our home isn't big enough. Any other ideas? Thanks for the advice though they were great:)

I would probably go to the local park or have it at home. Most of my kids parties (my oldest will be 13 this year out of 3 kids) have been at home though. I find it easier rather than packing food etc and then forgetting things.
If you have a big enough yard, you could look at hiring a bouncy castle for the kids.
There are heaps of things you could do. Where I live you can also hire a baby animal show, they have a selection of baby sheep, goats and rabbits and the children can pat them and learn about them. Here you can also hire ponies for rides and they come to your home.

We do our partys at home. Or if the weather is nice you could have it at the lake,in a forest or beach, depends on where you live. Our partys at home have been nice, here its normal to do the partys at home. Choose a theme your daughter likes (winnie pooh, barbie etc) then decorate a bit and serve your guests cupcakes, minni pizza or minni hotdogs. We always do it like that..and there is no problem with paper cups and plates and theme serviettes..its a kiddys bday :-)
