bloating in early prenancy?

I am almost 8 wks and have been experiencing bloating for roughly 2 weeks. It is very uncomfortable and only happens when I eat, no matter how much or how little??? Any answers?

are you drinking alot of water? The way I understand it is that we tend to store water if we don't get enough. you also need to increase your natural salt intake as well with the water to maintain a balance... from fruits and vegetables or unrefined sea salt(tends to be grey)... not table salt or salt from processed foods.

It is two late to give reply but want to share some tips to avoid bloating. According to Dr. Raymond Peat it is advisable to keep a track of foods you eat and the volume of gas experienced within six hours of each meal. “It takes about a full six hours for portions of meal to be released as gas”, further says Dr. Raymond. “So if you have a particularly gassy sensation, it might not be that snack you just ate, rather the meal you had awhile ago.” Try to drink more water, avoid gas inducing foods, eat small meals and check here for more tips http://www.momjunction.com/articles/reme...

IM IN THE SAME BOAT AS YOU, ALSO APPROX.8 WEEKS. I HAVE BOUTS OF GAS AND IM NOT SURE WHAT IT IS EITHER, IM GLAD IM NOT THE ONLY ONE OUT THERE

no idea but it must be certain foods that trigger it, if you can figure out the trigger then dont eat it if your really worried you should be due you 8-12 week check up ask your midwife to double check or advise you
