It has been 6 months since I had my son via c-section and I haven't lost much weight. My first c-section I didn't have a hard time getting back to my pre weight but this time it's taking longer than I want. Any moms out there that have had multiple c-sections that have any tips or advice on how to bounce back. I am open to try anything, I just want to feel beautiful again and have my confidence back. I still need to lose 25-30 pounds before I will 've back to my pre weight.

Also, is there any moms that have dealt with a husband being kinda negative about your weight after you have a baby. My husband used to give me compliments all the time now I feel like I have to beg for one. I miss him doing that; anytime I ask him how I look I get you look okay and it hurts when he says it. I know he loves me but I just don't think he is attracted to me anymore. I dont know how to deal with this. I am already hard myself with the way my body looks and he just makes it worse. I think I am be coming depressed because of all this. Plw are any moms have advice for me I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

I am sorry I didn't mention my workout plan in my previous post. I wirk out six dats a week. I do zumba and I do crunches and squats. I spend 45 minutes doing zumba at home on my Xbox Kinect and then I do a 100 squats and 100 crunches. I also walk every night unless the weather is bad. I stopped drinking pop and I don't snack ever. I try to eat foods that help with your metabolism and are healthy. I don't eat fast food. I am not counting calories but I do make sure I have a low calorie intake. I drink nothing but water and green tea. But that pretty much is what I am doing. I did just start weighing myself once a week and I started that last week on the 21st. And I weighed myself this past friday and I lost 3 pounds since last thursday when I weighed myself. So I'm hoping I am starting to lose weight. My concern is what if I can't get the stomach area to tighten up since I have had two c-sections. Thanks again for any advice ☺

It is hard to give advice without knowing what kind of workout routine and diet you are following right now. We might end up telling you to do stuff you are already doing, but if you share what you are doing now, we can offer suggestions on how to tweak your routine or diet to optimize your weight loss.

EDIT TO ADD: A lot of times moms have to really change up their workouts when they have a second child. Things that were easy with one child--like yoga or bike riding--can be more difficult with two kids. There are tons of mommy baby yoga poses, but not many mommy and TWO baby poses. There are also lots of ways to carry one baby on a bike, but you have to invest in a pretty heavy pull behind to carry two kids. There are still lots of things you can do, you just have to be creative. I know several moms who thought they were working out just as much as they did before their second child was born, and were confused as to why their weight was not coming off, but when they really looked at what they were doing, they were losing a lot of time, resistance, and endurance build up.
