borderline obsessed with middle school daughters love life

My daughter is in the 7th grade and currently has a boyfriend for about 2 months. Lately he hasn't been acting the same towards her. He has been deleting pictures of them together off of his instagram page, he doesn't text her back, doesn't seem to want to hang out on the weekends anymore. I see what is coming and I am sick about it. I can't eat, I can't sleep. Im constantly checking her twitter, snapchat and instagram to see what he is doing. I feel I am more upset about what is to come than my daughter. I have those same stomache pains I did when I was a teenager and I can't think about anything else. Why am I feeling this way and how do I make it stop?

Why does your daughter have a boyfriend? She is WAY too young to be able to handle a boyfriend-girlfriend relationship, and even worse, too young to handle the rejection that often comes with these things at this age. Why are you even allowing your 7th grade daughter to have snapchat? Not to mention your daughter is TWELVE and legally shouldn't even be on social media.

Honestly, as a parent, how about you start encouraging more constructive things for your daughter's spare time.

I agree with the other ladies. Your daughter is way too young for a boyfriend and all of that social media.
YOU need to stop stalking this boy as well, that's not normal or healthy.
Let the relationship run it's course and then tell your daughter to concentrate on her school work instead.

Quit stalking this boy. Perhaps some counseling would be beneficial to you.

Personally I feel 7th grade is WAY too young for a boyfriend in the first place. Middle school and high school kids should be focused on school, friends, and fun... not dating. Get your daughter (and yourself) focused on another activity and spend less time on what middle school boys are doing.
