Bottle breaking at what age and does it matter if they were a sick baby at birth?

My son logan will be 1 in oct and still has not taken to whole milk he likes the formula but i really wanna get him off the bottle he was a sick baby when he was born he had a nissen fundelplacation just last month what that is when they wrap the stomach around the aspogish (not sure how to spell that ) so he could not throw up anymore i think the bottel was used for a comfort plus for feeding so does anyone have any suggestion for me

With my daughter we used Born Free sippies and she was totally switched at 6 months due to her latch. My son loved the Nuby ones right after we switched from the bottle and then they both used the Platex ones that look like coffee cups.

esophagus.....just so you know.....you can feed him formula in a sippy cup. Just start looking for a cup he likes and throw out the bottles. Both of my kids had some issues as babies and my oldest had several surgeries and both were off the bottle by their first birthdays.
