So you see all these moms out there who are upset because they are discriminated against for breastfeeding. Don't get me wrong I know breastfeeing is awesome and I am all for it if its whats best for your baby. But there are all these moms out here who are catching crap because they dont breast feed. There are some women who cant and some babies actually get sick or dont thrive off breast milk. SO why do we make them feel like less of a person and a mommy if they cannot breast feed. I was on several mommy facebook groups and quit all but one because I was called several names for bottle feeding my very healthy baby girl. My baby was born at 9lbs, had been on soy formula from day one, and is healthier than ALL of the breastfed babies I know. So im obviously doing something ok because at 4 months old my baby is at the size (almost 16lbs) and development stage of a 6-7 month old. But I was still called names and eventually quit the groups because I couldnt take their anti-bottle antics anymore. I feel like there is no support for a bottle feeding mom anymore. Anyone agree or disagree?
