The only advice that could possibly do you any good in this situation is, really look at it. If this relationship continues, and you have children together, he is going to act no differently to you or your children. Think really hard before continuing forward with this relationship.

I apologize for first post I was upset. One of our problems has been we only live 8 miles from his daughter and I almost throwed the towel in on us, OVER NOT SEEING HER for my bday and mothers day ive only asked for him to get his mom and go spend an hour with his daughter. He would not and even got nasty. THEN I FIND OUT THRU FACEBOOK HE HAS, LAID HIS NOT SEEING HER OFF ON ME. THAT HE DIDNT WANT ME TO HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH HER SAID I WAS CRAZY. YOU SEE ME AND HIS DAUGHTER HAVE A COMMON THING MY DAD NEVER HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH ME LEAVE ME WAITING FOR HOURS STANDING IN THE DOOR TO NEVER SHOW UP. IM NOT CRAZY NEVER ASKED FOR HER TO BRING HER HERE JUST GO SEE HER 1 TIME WAS ALL I ASKED. LAST NITE HE SAYS HE TOLD HIS MOM FOR HER NOT TO CALL AND THE MOM WANTED PARENTAL RIGHTS SIGNED OVER WHICH HE LIED HE NEVER SIGNED BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND THE MOM HAD HER NAME TAKEN OFF ADMISSIONS DESK ROSTER SO MY BF COULDNT COME WHEN SHE WAS BORN NOR THE GRANDMOTHER. WE HAD CLOTHES HANGING READY FOR HIM TO GO WE GET CALL 7AM NEXT MORNING AFTER HER PICS WERE ON FACEBOOK SHE WAS BORN THE 13TH AT NOON WE FIND OUT 14TH AT 7AM. AND NOW LIEING TO ME AND ABOUT ME. I ASKED HIM TODAY HOW IS IT SHE WANTS RIGHTS SIGNED WHEN YOU NEVER SIGNED BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND CHILD HAS MOMS LAST NAME NO PATERNITY TEST I JUST WANTED TO CONFIRM ABOUT HIS RIGHTS AND WHETHER HE LIED. I WISH HE COULD SEE HER JUST ONCE. BUT NOT RIGHT TO BLAME ME

If you could turn your post into sentences it would be easier to understand...
Based on what I can tell he might not have legal rights at this point if he's not on the birth certificate and no DNA test has been done... All it takes is a DNA test proving paternity though and he DOES have legal rights. Any way... he does have a moral right to a relationship w/ his child and, more importantly, the little girl has a right to know her father.
