breakfast for a child 11 months old ?

Need a little help .. my child is getting to the point where he doesn't like the baby food anymore and really likes to have what we are having any ideas ? Could i give him pancakes and french toast yet ? And also when and how should i introduce regular cows milk ?

Feed him anything he will eat. Avoid foods that are a choking hazard though. A good start would be eggs and toast. You can mix formula with cows milk at this point also. I started to do that at 9 months. By a year they can drink strait milk.

If you feed him pancakes or french toast just use little to no syrup. They don't need the extra sugar. (Btw my 5 month old had some pancakes this morning,)

I wouldn't start cow's milk under a year, but he can eat a variety of foods.
