My daughter is 18 months old with multiple food allergies and on Neocate LCP milk. She is around 9kg and not gaining much weight.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Payal,

I'd start with gluten free searches, and then expand that to include any other allergies by making substitutions in the recipe.

Food allergies in little ones can be frustrating...but it's good that you got it sorted early on, and can address it as she grows!

I know you said "peas" as an allergy, does this include chick peas or otherwise known as garbanzo beans?? Hummus for dipping veggies like tomatoes is great. Also, beans. I make homeade beans all the time.

You could make things like wheat free pasta and sauce, mashed potatoes using lactose free milk (if she can have that) make your own gluten free pancakes, sweet potatoes with some cinnamon. Lots of fruits, veggies, and meat if you and your family eat that. You can certainly find wheat free bread, and lactose free cheese to make healthy grilled cheese with pasta sauce as the dipping sauce. It is definitely tricky with allergy kids, but once you get the hang of it, you will do fine.

Could you elaborate on foods she cannot eat?? That would help greatly.
