Thank u for ur advise. She has been drinking from a sippy cup since 7 months old. She loves her sippy cups. So I guess I will just try the no bottle on her and see hw it goes. I have been diluting her milk with water at least 1/4 water the rest milk. I think I will just give her water in a sippy cup (a little anyway) before bedtime and see how it goes. Again thank u for your advice I definetl appreciate it.

If 16 month old is able to drink from a sippy cup or regular cup then just throw away the bottles. Easiest fix ever! :) When you don't have a bottle to give it is amazing how fast they start drinking from the cup. It is rough for the first couple of days because they are use to getting the bottle, but once they realize there is no bottle it is like a 180. If 16 month is not able to drink from a sippy cup or regular cup then offer only cup during the day.....NO BOTTLE. You can do one bottle before bed.....BRUSH TEETH AFTER. Once she gets the hang of the sippy cup then take out all bottles. At 16 months the amount of milk they need goes down significantly. Their main source of nutrition now comes from the food they eat. If they are drinking roughly three to four 4 ounce glasses of milk in their day then they are getting enough milk. Just like food don't look at what they are getting in their diet each day as that will go up and down. Look at what their diet was over the week. Also note that while you are transitioning from bottle to sippy cup their consumption of liquids will most likely go down for awhile.....don't worry they will do ok and it will go back up.
