Is it still possible to breast feed or pump even though I have not for almost 4 months? I still have milk supply. I felt in the beginning it wasn't enough to give to my son. Plus I gave up because I was having a tough time getting him to latch on.

Thank you so much for the advice. I will definitely do the best I can to get back into this.

Very possibly still possible. I was full time in school and they let me go into random rooms and pump, I would also go into bathrooms or changing rooms if I was out shopping or other places. Keep hydrated, stimulate as much as possible and pump as many times as you can off work (like evenings), try Fenugreek supplements and mother's milk tea (I also heard Blessed Thistle helps with lactation)

But what if I work full time and don't get a break every two hours? I get a half hour in the morning and half hour in the afternoon.

Every 2 hours for 20 minutes at a time every day and it should help increase your supply. I pumped for 8 months while my daughter was in NICU and I took Fenugreek pills (it's a supplement that helps lactation) and drank Mother's milk tea.
