breast feeding and pumping

My baby is 7 months old and is breast fed. I've pumped a few times in the last months and its been okay. However now that I am really trying to pump to build up some stock in the freezer, I can't pump anything!!!!!! just a few drops and that's it. Not sure what I am doing wrong or what the issue is. I drink lots of water, eat right for the most part, even gone as far as taking herbal supplements to increase supply. I had a single Medela pump at first, but have recently bought a double Medela and still cant get anything out!!!! Any advice would be great!!!! Thanks!!!

Pump early in the morning. You're going to get the most milk then. I could get 5oz off one breast at 6am, but there was no point in pumping in the afternoon because i couldn't get anything. Also, try pumping one side while your baby nurses on the other. It can take awhile to get the hang of it, but I found that helped me a lot.
