Hi ladies,
I have a 2 month old daughter. Even after feeding her for about half hr, she is not satisfied and wants more which leaves me exhausted by the end and I feel bad about it that maybe my milk is not thick enough to fill her stomach.

Please suggest.

Regards
Swati

Yea u knw sometimes I end up getting no sleep at all. Her sleep schedule gets weird at times.

Can u please give me some tips on how to set her sleep timings especially during night.

Well I also ended up being tired and has many sleep less nights . Well baibies Tk some time to adjust in our noisy world . Mine started sleeping well by around 3 Rd month . I used to swaddle her and it may seem strange at first but I started lying down next to her eventually I could manage 1 nap with her and it was very relaxing . As she gets older her nap time will increase . Mine slept for 3 - 4 hrs at night and trust me I felt so refreshed after that much of sleep . We r new to it so find it exhausting but things will get better as she grows . Tk Cr god bless

Hey swati . My daughter has colic and still has gas prob so I totally avoid junk food . I ate vegetables and soups . And sprouts . Also avoided gassy veg like eg cabbage . My initial diet up to 4 months was low on spice now I eat everything including non veg still avoiding junk. Ya I drink 1 glass milk n have yogurt daily . My dr also suggested to continue calcium and iron supplements . U can check with urs Try taking a nap with baby it helped me . Tk Cr
