I think it's pretty normal to feel like you are losing supply at two months. I know around that time it felt like less and you stop leaking as much and baby starts taking less time to eat and it can even become harder to pump. The only real way to tell is via diapers and baby weight gain.

I don't know where you live but in the US they have an herbal tea called "mother's milk" that helps promote lactation you might try. I got it from the regular grocery store.

How do you know it's shrinking? If you're baby is gaining weight and producing wet and dirty nappies, it's fine.

Often babies at about 6-8 weeks have a growth spurt, when they feed more than you may be used to. This is completely normal, and doesn't mean your supply is drying up. Just keep feeding on demand. Best of luck.

Why do you feel like you are losing your supply? How many wet diapers does your baby have in a 24 hour period?

Is it just leveling? Around 2 months for me, my supply kind of leveled out a little as my boys (both times) had more regular feedings, and my milk came in completely and then regulated.
