I'm so confused. I worry about feeding my twin girls enough and everywhere I've looked, women are breastfeeding one baby on both breasts but I've been feeding one on each side since that's what the buses at the hospital told me to do. Is this okay? They seem to get enough since they eat until they pull away on just the one side. But I'm just not sure.

You are doing good. You have two babies so doing one on each side is perfect. Those with just one baby tend to do both sides to keep production up and to not be lop sided. If your babies are having about 6-8 wet diapers a day you are doing just fine. Great job nursing twins!

Your body will compensate. When demand is high, supply builds. Your babies will get enough! We have plenty of mothers on here that have done it. Dove??? Any words of wisdom?
