Not tubular shaped, only slightly bigger, no lactation failure and I did breast feed but never pumped more than 2 ounces each time so is there any advice you can give me to help produce more milk maybe?

Did you have primary lactation failure? Do you have tubular shaped breasts? have your breasts remained the same size during pregnancies as well? If you can rule out hypoblastic breasts, then your milk has a good chance of coming in.

Keep in mind though, that it usually takes longer for milk to come in after a c-section. It can take up to a week. If it takes that long, your baby will nees suplimentation and you will need breast stimulation during that time. The best thing to use for that is an sns. It also helps to have a hospital grade pump handy for the first few days as well if this is the case.

Just remember that pumps can't tell you how much milk you make. Baby's fussyness isn't an indicator of poor supply most of the time either. Count wet diapers. Look up the kellymom websight. It should come up first thing on google.
