You can use cold cabbage leaves in your bra. For some reason it stops the milk supply. Just replace them all day long until you are dried up. Also, do not stimulate your breast. Do not pump. Do not squeeze the nipple or breast. Any stimulation will encourage more milk.

I had this problem really bad because I had a preemie and I had to pump and dump for the first 3 months and then I was doing it so much when I decided to stop HOLY HELL!!!! This is what my friend told me and it helped when your baby starts crying u are supp to put him/her down cause it can stimulate the breast milk, also take a shower with the water hitting ur back. There is a tea called no more milk tea. I have a gf who still had a little bit of milk coming out 4 years after she had her son. She tried the above as well and it stopped. Too bad she got preg 6 months later lol... Good luck let me know what happens!
