drink fenugreek and blessed thistle. I recommend drinking lots of this tea, about 1-2L every day. My baby was also born early and it was basically all I drank for about a month. 2 heaping tbs fenugreek and one small handful blessed thistle. You can get these herbs in bulk at herbies herbs in toronto. This mixture increases breast milk supply in many women. It might be possible for you to ask the hospital staff to use their breast pump and pump while looking at your baby or maybe touching him/her. The contact can stimulate production. Stress, smoking, caffeine and alcohol can reduce breast milk supply. Make sure you are getting as much quality sleep as possible. It helps to get enough tryptophan. This is an essential amino acid found in dark meat of turkey and dairy. This is why dairy and turkey put people to sleep. Pumpkin seed oil is also a great source of tryptophan. Lots of tryptophan helps you get quality sleep in less time and helps your body regenerate and recooperate. I highly recommend pumpkin seed oil. It can be a little pricy. Available at Denningers for $30/L. You don't need more then 1 tbs per day, though so it goes a long way and it is very worth it! Good luck :)
