Document EVERYTHING. Every harassing comment. Every conversation with HR- and do this through email as much as possible so there is a written record. Report everything to HR and be relentless. When you've exhausted this process with no luck, get a lawyer. What they are doing is illegal, do not tolerate it.

All of that. Taking a break to do it. I only take 15 minutes. When I first informed HR, they made all supervisor retake the harassment training. I get made fun of with comments here and there. I've informed HR and they just tell me they can't control other people's actions and words. Don't know what else I can do.
