How do I manage keeping my breasts from feeling a shocking sensation after I breast feed?

If you are describing a tingling, bordering on burning sensation that descends across both breast, you are feeling your milk letting down. It can happen when you hear your baby cry, when your baby nuzzles at your neck or breast. Unfortunately you can't really stop it, but it should lessen and you will get used to it a bit. I, would experience this even when I held other women's babies. Or, heard any baby cry.
If you are having a sharp shooting pain that does not disappear with a few moments, maybe call your doctor.

Thanks for the reply. My pain has been occurring during either the feeding, pumping and it heightens afterwards. It comes and goes.
