Make sure you are eating all healthy food, and drinking plenty of water. I did not really lose weight while bfing either...but did not eat as healthy as i could have. Some people do lose weight rapidly, others do not unfortunately. But right now, the main focus is, whatever you are eating, she is eating...so make it healthy. The more water you drink, the better supply you should have. If she is feeding frequently, don't confuse her eating a lot due to growth spurts, vs you not having a healthy supply. Her feeding frequently will boost your supply.
