The more nipple stimulation you get the more milk u produce in the beginning your breast are harder and more full by week 2 they are softer and its easeyer to feed then moms like myself tend to think the milk supply are low. I got professional info from a well known internationally qualified person in breast feeding , pediatrics, baby health etc that the more you stimulate your nippled and masage your breasts the milk will come in more . But remember your body produces the amount your baby needs even if thry are soft your baby still gets milk. My little one is 3 weeks old and i have 2 more kids 11 and 6. I thaught my milk is not enough i worried until i got all the info above. She said u must also drink as often as possable no soft drinks i little is ok the same with fruit juces. Water is best and eat ripe fruit and lots of diferent things it helps your baby to get use to diferent things when introduced to solids. . Do not give yout baby a dummy ore bottle in first 6 weeks gives them nipple confusion after 6 weeks its ok i know lots of parents prefferes a dummy its ok.
