What can I do to get more breast milk to come? After I had a breast infection I stopped feeding my baby for like 2 weeks, and that made my milk go away almost completely, please help with some comments, I really want to breastfeed.

If you look online, Dr. Jack Newman has a procedure for re-lactation. I believe he's still running a clinic, and will answer questions online. You'll probably need to get a good breast pump - rent a hospital grade or buy something like a Medela or Ameda double electric.

Get in contact with your local Le Leche League chapter for support, or try to find a good lactation consultant.

Domperidone is a drug that, in high enough doses, will cause lactation even if you've never been pregnant. It's prescribed off label in Canada, and I think Australia and the UK to nursing mothers. I'm not sure if it's available in the US.

Blessed Thistle and Fenugreek taken together can increase milk supply. These are both available at stores that sell vitamins and supplements. Be certain to get Blessed Thistle and not Milk Thistle. And be certain to get Funegreek that isn't mixed with anything else. You'll have to look up the maximum dose, but usually when you're taking enough you sweat will start to smell like maple syrup.
