You don't need to diet, you should just need to eat healthy. Exercise can be walking around the neighbourhood with baby in the pram. While you are breastfeeding you shouldn't be restricting your calorie intake too much, your body needs extra calories to produce milk.
My advice is to stop worrying about your weight and enjoy the time with your baby, it doesn't last long and you don't want to look back see that you were too focused on your weight to enjoy your baby.
