My baby is 6 weeks old and has a tongue tie. We originally had a dentist laser it a week ago but we were told that she was still tied so the pediatrician released her tongue and upper lip a few days ago. I have had issues latching her right from the start as she uses her gums to suck. I've had cracked and sore nipples, plugged ducts and mastitis. I've had to supplement her with formula in a bottle. As a result, my supply decreased and I'm not producing enough for her. I've tried a nipple shield, lactation aid and cup feeding. I feel like I've tried everything yet I still don't want to give up. Any suggestions?
