At least one poop and 7-8 wets diapers along with slow and steady weight gain is evidence of adequate feeding. It can be scary, and at 5 weeks she may be in a growth spurt and seem to want to nurse all of the time.

As long as she is growing (even just a little) and staying hydrated... she is likely just fine. Don't think that frequently wanting to nurse means she isn't getting enough. Some babies will only nurse every 2-3 hours... and some babies want to nurse several times in the same hour. Both can be perfectly normal.

Infants usually lose some weight after birth, then put on about 1 kg each month for the first 3 months. If she was born 3.2kg, then she should be around 4-6kg. As long as she's gaining weight by breastfeeding, she's probably fine.
