Hi, I nurse my 7 month old daughter and am not on b.c. my husband and i have decided if it happens it happens kind of thing. She is eating solids, (breakfast & dinner now) so she nurses less. I have not gotten my period yet. Only bled right after birth. The last couple of days I have had some light bleeding only usually twice a day & when I wipe (sorry tmi)... the first couple of times it was light pink & the next day dark brownish. So little that I don't need a liner or anything. Now I'm wondering could this be the sign that I am going to start getting my period again or could it be implantation bleeding? I had implantation bleeding with my daughter so that's why i think I may be pregnant again. Either way I am calling my doctors tomorrow to find out for sure. Thank you in advance for your help :)!

Thank you Lucy! I did a home test & it came out negative but the doctors said to wait a week and try again The spotting stopped so who knows. The nurse said it could be the start of my cycle again but I kind of don't think so because my daughter is feeding pretty often still. Usually every 4 hours or so and about every 6 at night except when I'm working.

Hi Felicia

From my own experience I would say you could be pregnant :) I was on the mini pill and still occasionally breast feeding my daughter when she was seven months and we found out we were expecting our second baby! Why don't you do a home test and find out?
