I can get it back up to normal. I'm already drinking more than enough water. Thanks

I have been low on breast milk when my baby was 4 months old. I tried to put him on formula but he wasn't ready to take any supplement. Some friend suggested a herbal tea healthy nursing tea by secrets of tea. This was a great help to get my supply back within days.

Remember that no matter what you take or don't take, milk production is based on supply and demand! After a few nursings, you will be back to what your little guy needs. Meanwhile, you may have to nurse a little more often. Enjoy that snuggle time!
Blessings.

I am having the same problem.  I talked to a Lactation consultant.  She recommended an herbal pill called Fenugreek.  You can get it at Whole Foods.  You can take it 2-4 times a day and it's suppose to increase milk production.  It has seemed to help me a little so far.
