Hi all- I am new to Circle of Moms and hope you guys can help me! Our 16 month old has been waking up the last few months around 4-5 am. Its not every night but probably about 3x week which is enough for us to be burnt out. We have tried everything- white noise, consistent naps, bedtime by 730. We are at a loss.

Has anyone else had this problem? Any advice you can give is greatly appreciated! Thank you so much, Keri

Hi Lacye- she is taking one 2 hour nap a day. I thikn I may try cutting that a bit. Or making bedtime later. Thanks for the encouraging post. I appreciate it!

How many naps does he take per day and for how long? You can try cutting out one nap or making nap time shorter during the day so he will be tired at night. Or you can make bedtime later.

All parents go through this. It's normal. Exhausting, but completely normal.

Is there a relative that the child could live with for a while to give you a break?
