I had my first boy last June via c-section because I wasn't fully dilated - nothing else wrong with myself or baby. I am expecting my 2nd this May, 10-11 months between them. What would people recommend I do this time round? My little boy will only be 10 or 11 months.

You will probably need a c section. Usually the doctors/midwives want a good length of time for the uterus to completely heal before attempting a vbac. Vbacs put a lot of strain on the uterus and can cause a uterine rupture if the previous scar has not had enough time to heal. Your doctor/midwife will be the best one to evaluate your situation. I had a vbac, but it was 4 years between deliveries. I was a very good candidate. I have heard of others having vbacs with deliveries much closer, but there is always a higher risk. Good luck.

I personally would not attempt it. It is not worth the risk with the births being so close together.
