Can a parent bring a child around a person with an order of protection on them???

My husband and I just did some research on the new guy that the bio mom is brining my 3.5 year old step son around. He has an order of protection that was placed on him from March of this year from his ex-girlfriend.

Do we have any right to tell her that she cannot bring the child around this guy???

You can certainly tell her that she shouldn't allow the child around him, but unfortunately, she also has the right to ignore you. Unless there is a court order to state otherwise, you actually have no say if she chooses not to listen to your reasoning.
