Can a woman have conceived even if she has had her periods. have tested positive now but had periods till last month. But not sure whether I have conceived some months back or this month

Jodi is right - a pregnant woman can still have periods - my sister had regular periods until she was almost 7 months along and she was showing and feeling the baby.

The best way to check is to get the blood tests done and ultrasound for dating.

Some pregnant woman have periods all 9 months so a period or lack there of is not always an indication of pregnancy or not.

Yes, a pregnant woman can still have periods, so a period is no indication that you can't be pregnant. Best way to check how far along you are is to see your doctor and either have a blood test (they can often test your hormone levels in early pregnancy and know how far along you are) or an ultrasound.
