Can an order to keep my boyfriend away from my kids in my divorce be removed?

I don't know if anyone has gone through this or experienced this. I just recently got divorced it took almost 2 years. The ex was suicidal, alcoholic, had an affair, and had a felony for aggravated assault. I met a great guy about 4 months after I filed for divorce. The ex husband placed false allegations that my boyfriend molested our daughter. DCS investigated and there was nothing and the case was closed. The judge ordered that the boyfriend not be in contact with my kids prior to our divorce. The ex had a P.I. follow us and caught it on tape 4 times that his vehicle was in my drive way and once that he walked in the house when the kids were outside. In other words there were no pictures of the boyfriend in direct contact with the kids at all. I explained to the judge that he picks up my older 2 daughters from a previous marriage and never was in direct contact with my younger 2. It didn't matter the judge stated I didn't follow the orders and put the order in my divorce that the boyfriend still can't be around the kids. My hands are tied of course my kids come first but it doesn't seem right that the judge can just order him to stay away like this. So we are trying to figure out if we get married will he be able to come around the kids at that point. If not I guess I will have to move on and date other guys and I really don't know if I could ever find someone that I click this well with. I don't think it's good for kids to be around different men or women the parents date. My lawyer is worried that even if I marry him the judge will give the kids to their father has anyone ever been through this before?? Help!!
