can he take our daughter away?

Tha father and I were never together. I decided to be blind and not to see the red flags but believe his lies about giving our child a family.
It took me a lot of courage, but I took my life back and have been taking care of my daugther since she was born. He recently took me to court for visitations right, which I agree on because I have nothing against him being a good father. We need to go back because the child support was not established, he didn't like the amount, and he also wants to claim her in his taxes.
I had the support of a lovely man who gave me and my daugther the home I always wished for. I just found out yesterday that I'm pregnant, but instead of being happy I just extremely scared. If I am living with somebody, pregnant, can he take my daughter away from me?
we live in Florida, and my baby has always had health check ups, vaccines, I mean she's basically well taken care of, and I have no history of addiction or criminal behavior

I don't have a clue about Florida laws, but most likely no. 'Typically' speaking you would only lose custody if you were proven unfit (drugs, abuse, etc...). The most he would get is joint custody.

Speak to a lawyer in your area though as they will know the law where you are and be able to give you more definite reassurance.
