Can I get full custody of my child? I'm engaged but the baby isn't his. The real father isn't in the picture.

Of course you can if the father isn't in the picture. Does he know about the baby? Does he WANT to be involved?

I have full custody of my kids and the father is in the picture... somewhat. He just has visitation though.

Definitely talk to a lawyer though.

i would consult your lawyer... I have full custody of my children, their father isn't in the picture, my kids don't get child support/phone calls/ cards/letters/visitation or ANYTHING... i am hoping in the future once me and my man get married that he will adopt my kids, we've discussed it and he says he wants too, but once it comes closer to that, we will discuss it with the children

Yes, but you will need the father to sign off on parental rights. Some areas will say an absentee father for certain amount of time equals full custody. Call a lawyer in your area for the correct advice.
