Can i get pregnant even if im breastfeeding my 2 1/2 months baby?

We have a sexual intercourse of my husband last month and we use a withrawal method even if they say its safe to have sex while full breast feeding., we don't want another baby again couse our children is too young., I have a older son which is 1 and 6 months yrs old and our youngest baby girl is only 2 months and a half. I'm freakin out of wat I'm feelin ryt now because I have some sign of pregnancy like I want to vommit, I have head aches and I feel dizzy., can this symptoms be similar in having my menstration? Plz advice me I don't know what to do or to expec.,

Breastfeeding is not birth control. You can get pregnant while breastfeeding. Withdrawal is not birth control. So you could very well be pregnant.

Breastfeeding can be a reliable form of birth control for the first six months, but it's really difficult for most moms to meet all of the necessary criteria - no bottles, no pacifiers, all sucking done at the breast, no vaginal bleeding at all, no formula or solids, baby is fed on demand not on a schedule, you never go more than five hours without nursing, etc.

Despite exclusively breastfeeding each of our children for the first six months I was always fertile before six months was up. I met most of the criteria, but not all. Babies got occasional bottles of expressed breastmilk, there was occasional pacifier use, sometimes baby would sleep for six or seven hours at night or go more than three hours between feeds during the day, etc...

I would do a pregnancy test.
