Can I give my 10 month old whole milk yet?

No, your child is too young. Whole milk lacks many of the nutrients that are contained in breastmilk and formula, in particular iron. In fact, research has shown that the proteins in cows milk actually DEPLETE the iron stores in the body, so at this point, it is best to wait for another couple of months, and until solid food feeding is well established, before you give whole milk.
