can I give my 7 1/2 month daughter regular milk?

I have known people that start their children on regular milk at six months but I would not recommend it. You should start introducing her to regular milk around 11 months. In an 8 oz bottle start off at 1-2 oz and the rest formula or breast milk. Then each week you should bump it up an ounce or two. They recommend this for the same reasons they ask you to hold off on honey and peanuts/peanut butter, because of allergies reactions.
