Can my mom legally make me take birth control?

i am 14 years old, and my mom is a hypochondriac. My mom has forced me to go to the Gynecologist two times already, although i do not like being touched. Although I've never had sex and don't plan on it, my mom want's to keep bringing me to the doctor and make me take birth control pills. i really don't feel comfortable going to that doctor, and i'm wondering if i have a right to refuse taking the pills and seeing the doctor again, as i don't believe their is any reason for me to go. I was already checked for cervical cancer, and i'm fine, and never complain to my mom, and am not sexually active, therefore there's no reason for me to be going to this doctor. my mom knows this, although she still makes me go. Is their a law that i can not go?

Monina: the minimum age for people to join here is 13 so the OP is more than welcome.
Madison: You can tell the doctor that you refuse to have the tests done and they can't do it. Tell them you aren't sexually active so there is not reason for the tests. In regards to taking the pill, you don't have to take it. Maybe if you explain your feeling to the doctor they can convince your Mother that it's not needed.

No, she can't force you. After all, "forcing" you would amount to assault because she'd have to hold you down to take it. And depending on where you live it could be illegal for her to dictate to you what medications you must or must not take because you have a right to that choice. You may also have the right to have a discussion with your doctor without your mother too.

Wow i am not aware that there is minor age in this community. Anyway, as a mom i will do the same thing to my daughter. She just want to protect you for not getting pregnant in the early age. Yes, you can refuse just explain to your mom how you feel. Promise your mom that you will tell her when the time comes that you are ready to have sex, give it a try. I really dont know if there is a law for that.
