Can my period stop after switching to full time breastfeeding?

I had my peirod twice since I've had my son (4 months old today :) ). My husband is in the military and has been gone most of last month and we've also been super careful. I used to supplement often, now I nurse all day and only give him a bottle at night and sometimes first thing in the morning if I pump. He has been sleeping through the night since he was about 1 1/2 months (Lucky, I know!) I havn't had my period this month yet so I was thinking maybe the switch is the reason it stopped. I can't find any info on this, only people who don't have periods at all while breastfeeding.

Also, when he does get a bottle, he usually drinks up to 11 oz. I'm a little worred. He nurses and DEFINATLY lets me know when he isn't full from a feeding so don't think he is starving when he gets his night bottle. Is that normal? He is a healthy weight so I haven't been too concerned with it. THANKS :)
