i have given preterm birth on 21/6/2012 (30 weeks) to my daughter due to preeclampcia. my baby was died after 9 days due to clotting in the brain and doctor tried to remove it.Now 2 months are over i m feeling good.Now can i get pregnant again?can precelampcia will happen again?

Sadly, the answer is yes, particularly if your next pregnancy is with the same father.

However, it doesn't mean that you will have the same outcome. I highly recommend that you get a consult with a high risk OB before you try to get pregnant again. Be sure to have copies of your records on hand or sent to the office prior to that visit. Early and aggressive treatment/monitoring for women with your history can greatly improve the outcomes of any future pregnancies. You are someone who should be closely followed and monitored by a high risk specialist from day one.
