I don't think so:) How cute you are. I actually had a volleyball coach who sprawled on the floor to "dig" the ball while she was like 4 months along she was so active and jogged a lot of her pregnancy. Also, my sister was very active and and has a perfectly healthy baby boy:)

Running up a flight of stairs while pregnant will not cause a miscarriage. In fact almost all physical activity you did before becoming pregnant can still be done as long as you're not considered high risk. So if someone was a runner before they are usually ok to continue with that, however if you were not a runner before and now all of the sudden want to start running a mile a day it is reccommended that you speak to your doctor. My job requires lifting heavy items, climbing, and moving heavy objects and continued doing it till I had my baby (literally the day of), but I was at no risk for a miscarriage. Congratulations on your pregnancy!
