If the father of my child denies paternity of my child during the entire pregnancy, what sort of rights does he have after my child is born?

If he denies paternity, doesn't go on the birth certificate, doesn't seek a paternity test, and you don't go after him for child support... none.

If a paternity test is done and/or he goes on the birth certificate and/or you pursue child support (in which case they will do a paternity test)... he will have equal rights to the child unless/until a court order specifies otherwise.

If he requests a paternity test through the court system, he will be rewarded rights. He will be required to pay child support afterwards but that's just part of it. If you go after him for child support, he will get visitation. It's his child too after all.
