Can't get my daughter into eating healthy and reduce junk food

Hi, I've been preparing healthy food for both of us since she was a toddler, and she used to enjoy everything from soups to fruit and white meat. I also used to take her to sports but I have to admit she was never super happy with that. Now that she's thirteen yrs old with the typical new ideas, she decided to quit on vegs and white meat and replacing with red meat and all the good food including junk and all that which is very high in calories. She increased her fat intake by far and she is not ready to give up on the good food to take care of her body. Her weight is going up drastically and she hates it when I talk her into it!!! She cooks something else when I prepare healthy food and this is all getting out of hand!!! I'm worried to see my daughter putting on excessive weight and I'm afraid it's going to be too late when she grows older. Please help me!
