yes you can, even though chances are slim. i went away overnight with my boyfriend and forgot my pills. when i returned home i took my pill right away, never even considering i would get pregnant since i had forgotten many other times over the years. but a few weeks later, i was shocked to find out i was pregnant! so now 4 years later, that little "mistake" is the most important thing in my life!!

Yes you can. I took mine religiously (at the same time every day) and I was not on any other meds and I became pregnant with my daughter.

It is possible to get pregnant while taking birth control pills, though not terribly likely. Like other forms of BC the pill is only 99% effective. The pill is generally considered to be more effective than condoms however, as condoms can break or slip off during intercourse. If you want to be absolutely sure you don't get pregnant a lot of doctors say you should use two types of BC together (like the pill and condoms for example). But in my opinion if you are on the pill and make sure to take it every day you should be safe against pregnancy. My husband and I relied on the pill alone for over two years before we decided to have a baby, and it worked just fine.

Oh yeah, it depends on your body... I was on the pill when i got prego with child # 1, and was on the shot- depo provera( i think that is what it is called ) when i got preg with child # 2, and then if that wasn't enough i started the patch and once again got prego so i just had my tubes tied after #3. Definitely can happen.

i have only ever gotten pregnant while on some form of birth control. Condom pill combo. IUD.. i was that 1 out of a 1000 that became pregnant after a year and a half of the IUD being in. And also became pregnant on the shot but I lost that baby. Needless to say birth control was a joke for me. So my husband got fixed! LOL!! Thanks god for vasectomies! Now watch... ill still get pregnant.

Yes, you can. That's how I got pregnant with my daughter - I was on antibiotics for a severe sinus infection, and the pill is less effective when you are on antibiotics. Also, it does occasionally happen that women who are on it and not taking any antibiotics or anything can become pregnant. If you are concerned you are pregnant, definitely get checked out right away :)

(Assuming you are talking about a combination pill...) With perfect use (i.e. taken everyday, at the same time each day, not doing/taking anything that would interfere, etc.), the pill is around 99.7% effective. This means that less than 1 woman out of 100 using it will become pregnant per year. With typical use, the effectiveness is more like 92%.

Pregnancy symptoms can be attributed to any number of other causes...

Yes you can. I started taking the pill again last year after my son was born and then discovered this past March that I'm pregnant.

Yes, there is a small chance, but it is possible. Also, if you are taking anti-biotics the pill doesn't work. If you do get pregnant while on the pill, the risk of miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy is higher also.
