My baby has never liked the car which is strange I know. Every time we go out in the car I have crying the whole way. It starts as soon as I buckle her in and it's not to tight and we have toys to look at to keep entertained. Any suggestions on how to overcome this. Has anyone got the same problem.

Hi thanks for that. I don't think it is car sick. Sometimes she will be ok and go off to sleep especially after a feed but it seems to be as soon as she knows she is going in starts to cry and arch her back. I have to put a dummy in her mouth and talk to her for a while and then we start driving the dummy comes out and the crying sometimes screaming starts. I pull over a few times and can sometimes comfort her but other times nothing helps. I also thought the carseat is rearward facing and maybe when it's turned around the other way and she can see me it may make a difference. But in the mean time car trips are terrible.

Hi! I think that your son may have some sort of carsick or maybe he doen't like the strong movements of cars. Try to give him some toys or tell him stories, that'll do the comfort!
