Dear you should be very careful with your infants especially when you are going to give vaccination. I have a 19 month old baby girl , she had eczema since birth. we thought its ok , it will go away when time comes , and went to see a doctor doctor gave some steroid , we applied it and it hide, whenever it obvious we applied this cream , she was often having fever , you know because of this eczema her immune power was low, when time comes for 12 month vaccination , she was having fever that time (one week before vaccination) we took her to hospital and they told its all right , they gave MMR shot. u know within days we noticed her eyebrow is twitching , and after one week she got affected with chickenpox, after this her eyebrow twitching is increase and we notice she is loosing her consciousness for 2-3 sec , we took her to hospital , they confirmed she got absence seizures. and then we approach homeopathy, naturopath , anyway they found she is gluten intolerant and allergic to foods and cows milk , and we follow their suggestion , her eczema is cured 98% stiill we following their diet. Friend you should be careful ..... I am not scaring you .... but look my experience , so I want it should not happend to you. Consult a naturopath immediately. If you need any info let me know

so with eczema very careful , their immune power will be low, and that will lead for other severe health problem.
Avoid Soap, gave bath one time in a day, keep her/him in a moderate climate , that is not too cold not too hot. avoid all gluten stuff, avoid all processing food. Take care while selecting the Infant formula , if you are using. Try to use Goat Milk based infant formula.

Hope this helps.
