Central Precocious Puberty (CPP) anyone have a child that is age 8-10

My 9 yr old daughter was born with what is known as low muscle tone (hypotonia) but did not have full blown "floppy baby syndrome". She had to start (at 22 mos) OT, PT and Speech Therapy, along with a diagnosis of developmental delay in her processing abilities. She did very well and has no academic problems. We did a lot of testing via Endocrinologist and a few Genetic and nothing showed up as abnormal - like thyroid problems or genetic issues... however she has always been REALLY tall and rapidly gained weight - but on an even curve which Endo. Dr. considered a good thing. No medication was ever recommended. Recently, I have read that starting a treatment that would halt CPP (early period by age 9/10- thank god she doesn't have it yet) will help her grow to her height potential otherwise even though she is really tall right now for her age/peer group she will stop growing much sooner. So at 5' 1" and on the overwt side I feel she needs more height. Has anyone on this forum experienced use of hormonal treatment to stop CPP? I am at a loss as to what to do to help her.

I don't have any experience with treatment for CPP but I did get my period at 9 and am 5ft tall. I just wanted to say I have never experienced any issue being this tall apart from occasionally my 6 ft 5 husband putting things up too high and I need a chair :)
