Child is being sexually abused

I am a single mom to a 3 year old girl. Her father and I split up over a year ago and just last December my daughter has disclosed about her dad doing sexual things to her. At the time she was only 2 so her descriptions were basic but enough to set a mom back and raise red flags every direction. Long story short I have battled with social services, police department, forensic nurses, investigators. I have met a few lawyers and got advice from them. I am in a rut. No one believes me, says I'm just the crazy ex trying to savatage him. My 3 year old is living in a fairytale land, I fill her head with lies....the list goes on. I have no physical proof. He has not left physical damage yet so they have nothing to prove its happening. They have interviewed her and what she is telling them is not enough. I need help! How do you help your child when she only talks to you about all the details and not the upper hand. How do mothers of toddles and other kids prove what's going on? How do you win victory? I'm emotionally exhausted. My poor daughter goes through so much torture with him. I just want to save my child!!

Wow, this is a big deal. I'm so sorry you and your daughter are experiencing this. It seems to me as if you're doing the right things...filing a report, telling the authorities, etc. Other than that, I have no idea. I wish I had some sort of magical advice, but short of what you're already doing, I'm at a loss.

Praying for you and your daughter...
