Well, the majority of her food should still be from breast milk or formula. Solid food should only be a small portion of her daily nutrition. Maybe breakfast, lunch and dinner...the rest should be like I said BM or formula.
At that age, you should still be offering new foods every 5-7 days (some say 3-5) to watch for allergic reaction. Only one new food introduced in that time frame. You can certainly offer her the foods she has already been introduced to along with the new foods as long as you have not noticed a negative reaction.
Foods at that age, plain yogurt, cheese-shredded, cheerios, prunes-mashed, avocadoes...so many options. What have you already introduced her to? Remember, this is still practice, and she should not be getting her full nutritional value for the day from meals.
